A meeting of the Board of Governors of Cadet College Muzaffarabad was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister of Azad Government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwarul Haq. The meeting was attended by the Speaker of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Assembly, Chaudhry Latif Akbar, Minister of Higher Education, Malik Zafar Iqbal, Chief Secretary of Azad Kashmir, Daud Muhammad Barich, Secretary of Finance, Islam Zaib Khan, Secretary of Higher Education, Muhammad Tayyab, and other relevant officials. In the meeting, Secretary of Higher Education, Chaudhry Muhammad Tayyab, provided a detailed briefing to the participants regarding the cadet colleges. The board approved the appointment of the Principal of Cadet College Muzaffarabad. The Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir instructed to provide all facilities, including faculty, to Cadet College Muzaffarabad.
