President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhary, administered the oath of office to Chairman Public Service Commission, Lieutenant General (Retired) Hidayat-ur-Rehman. The swearing-in ceremony took place with dignity at the Presidential House in Islamabad, attended by the Prime Minister of Azad Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq, government ministers, presidential advisors, Chief Secretary of Azad Kashmir, Principal Secretary, Secretary Presidential Affairs, Secretary Public Service Commission, and other high-ranking officials.

Before this, the notification of the appointment of the Chairman of the Public Service Commission was read by the Special Secretary Services and General Administration.
