The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq, met with a delegation from the Muttahida Mahaz Council Garhi Dupatta. The delegation included Shujaat Kazmi, Muhammad Arif Mughal, Waseem Abbasi, Saqib Kazmi, Sharif Abbasi, Muhammad Nazir Tanoli, and Rashid Naqvi. On this occasion, Commissioner Muzaffarabad Division, Masood-ur-Rehman, and Assistant Commissioner Rural Muzaffarabad, Hammad Bashir, were also present.

Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq stated that steps would be taken for the establishment of a 200-bed hospital in Thotha. The government is taking measures to address the Charter of Demands of the Muttahida Mahaz Council Garhi Dupatta. The government’s priority is to promote collective welfare. He appreciated the identification of issues by the Muttahida Mahaz Council Garhi Dupatta as a commendable initiative. He also announced that visits would be conducted to the Garhi Dupatta Bridge and water supply projects, and necessary steps would be taken to resolve the issues. Additionally, resources will be provided for the approach road to the Karoli Bridge.
