When the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, arrived in Muzaffarabad for a one-day visit, he was warmly welcomed by the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwarul Haq. High-ranking officials were also present on the occasion. During the meeting between Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwarul Haq, discussions were held on matters of mutual interest, including the situation in occupied Kashmir and the developmental process in Azad Kashmir. Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwarul Haq thanked the Prime Minister of Pakistan for his visit to Muzaffarabad and said that the hearts of the people of Pakistan and Kashmir beat as one. He stated that love for the green crescent flag runs through the veins of Kashmiris like blood. He further said that the ideology of accession to Pakistan is our foundation, and it is for this fundamental ideology that Kashmiris have made great sacrifices. He thanked the Prime Minister of Pakistan for granting a historic relief package of 23 billion rupees.
