Muzaffarabad , July 9, 2024: Prime Minister of Azad Government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq, laid the foundation stone for the construction of 750 permanent houses for the 1989-90 refugees. The foundation stone was laid by a representative of the refugees. The project will cost 3,096.050 million rupees and will be completed in two years.

On this occasion, the Most Senior Minister Colonel (Retd.) Waqar Ahmed Noor, Minister for Rehabilitation Javed Iqbal Budhanvi, Raja Muhammad Sadiq Khan, Chaudhry Muhammad Rasheed, Malik Zafar Iqbal, Sardar Mir Akbar Khan, Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, Chaudhry Azhar Sadiq, and Ms. Taqdees Gillani were also present.
